How to Start Therapy

Sometimes it takes an act of courage to admit that things aren’t quite right in life - to others, sure, but especially to ourselves. But in that moment we can make a choice and begin the process of identifying what may feel off and what we want to do about that. Bravura therapists bear witness to your journey, supporting you as you make sense of what may need to change - whether it’s improving the quality of your relationships, better managing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, processing past traumatic experiences, building a stronger connection to yourself and others, or gaining clarity on what you want to pursue on this journey of life.
